English is a language skill. Practice often will improve your language skill. You can practice often by talking English to yourself. Listen to how you sound. Watch CCTV Channel 9 English news broadcast, and watch the announcer speak and mouth movement. Repeat what the announcers said and compare your sound with the announcer sound. Watch English DVD movie with subtitle turn on or off. Repeat the conversation to yourself and go back to repeat the same sentence. Most Po Tong Wah mother tongue speaker can improve their accent in the L and R sound.

我想去美国啊，我本科毕业，不过没有考寄，托怎么才能规划好自己的出国计划呢？
因为我是学医的出身，在美国从事临床太难了，如果要过去读硕士或者博士的话，对语言要求又太高了。

现在比较迷茫啊。

去美国或任何其他国家,做任何专业技术工作,要能当地言语.如果不能言语,或怕难,只有做努工,清洁,耕田之类.

恩 我是临床医学本科毕业！  看了看美国的行医，要考什么USMLE，非常难，而且没有绿卡貌似也不行！

很感谢你对语言的点拨，是工具，而非智慧，不存在自己学不好的，只是没努力是吧！

要走到第七步才可以考取行医执照啊！

中国的简单多了  毕业一年就可以考取啦！

各位不明白美国医生行业的赚钱,比英国及欧洲好得多.
As American medical doctor, your minimum earning power is at least US$150000 per year. That is you are working 40 hours a week for some medical clinic. Obviously, if you have your own practice or in a group practice, your earning per year is over US$250000+.
This is probably the best money making profession in America.

If you are smart enough to get medical degree, you should have no problem passing those simple English language TOEFL tests.

You should apply to American teaching hospitals for internships. After you arrive, you will need to take the American medical exam, in English. Then, you will work as intern in these teaching hospitals for 2 to 3 years. After you graduate, you will have no problem finding sponsors for your American green cards and citizenships.
